We are excited to have two keynote speakers for this year's conference: Justin Wolfers and Bill Lovejoy.
Justin Wolfers is a Professor of Economics and Professor of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. Wolfers’ research interests include labor economics, macroeconomics, political economy, economics of the family, social policy, law and economics, public economics, and behavioral economics. In particular he has studied the efficacy and design of prediction markets, international patterns in happiness, discrimination and corruption in sports and sports betting, and the dynamics of marriage and divorce.
Bill Lovejoy is the Raymond T. Perring Family Professor of Business Administration and Professor of Technology and Operations at the University of Michigan. Lovejoy's research encompasses capacity management, decision making with incomplete information, supply chain management, health care operations and innovation. He has recently written a text on hospital operations, and has studied bargaining in supply chains and innovation in social networks.
