TikTok Ban Enforced by Supreme Court; What Happens Now? Timely Insights from Michigan Ross Professor Justin Huang

TikTok will officially be banned in the United States starting January 19, 2025. Despite its popularity, the U.S. House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to ban the app in a bill that was reinforced by the Supreme Court today, citing concerns about U.S. user data safety.
