The Alfred L. Edwards Conference (ALE):
The Annual Alfred L. Edwards Conference (ALE) hails as the longest-standing student-led conference at the University of Michigan, honoring Dr. Alfred L. Edwards' lasting legacy and an ongoing dedication to diversity and innovation in the business realm.

- 2024: ALE49 Conference: The Legacy Lives On
- 2023: ALE48 Conference, Sean-Michael Steele, MBA '24, was announced as the 2024 Black Business Students Association Fellowship Recipient. The BBSA Fellowship was created to honor Black Excellence at Michigan Ross. It was launched in 2021 by BBSA members in partnership with the Ross Full-Time Program and Ross Advancement. The BBSA Fellowship Fund was one of several Michigan Ross causes that successfully raised funds during this year's Giving Blueday!
