Our club was founded with a simple yet powerful purpose: to bring together the extraordinary women and friends of Ross to fulfill the school's mission of building a better world through business. Whether you graduated decades ago or just recently walked across the stage, you are part of a vibrant and supportive network that wants to celebrate your journey and invest in your continued growth.

This community is built on the spirit of Michigan, a commitment to excellence, and the belief that we are stronger together. Here, you’ll have opportunities to connect with fellow alumnae, share knowledge and experiences, mentor and support emerging leaders, and continue to learn long after leaving Ann Arbor.

The Ross School of Business returned to the Bay Area on May 8, 2026, for its third annual Innovation Conference, an alumni-driven gathering designed to elevate timely conversations at the intersection of technology, leadership, and impact. Held at Terra Gallery & Event Venue, the event convened leaders from across industries for a full day of programming and connection.
