Out Week 2023 is celebrating all aspects of LGBTQ+ identity across a diverse range of community perspectives and backgrounds. Join Out for Business for their headliner event, OUTX.
The theme for this year’s OUTx event is (Fluid/Identity). Hear from four current Ross MBA students as they share their experiences.
The (Fluid/Identity) theme and typeface specifically is meant to evoke the use of pronouns in Zoom and classroom introductions; it was something past students fought for at Ross and is an example of how we as a community have expanded representations of identity in professional contexts.
