Resumes are a vital part of the job search process, they serve as your introduction to the company, an overview of your skills and experiences, and an early opportunity for you to demonstrate your value to a company. With all this in mind it is no wonder the resume writing process can be challenging for us. In this session we will discuss resumes NOT as static historical documents outlining our pasts, but rather as a living document that can demonstrate to a company that you have the skills they are looking for. We’ll cover best practices, as well as strategies for aligning your resume to the position you are interested in. Bring your laptops or tablets as we will have the opportunity to begin the resume writing process as a part of this session.**This session is tied to a BA500 assignment**
