The Weiser Center for Real Estate is pleased to announce an upcoming workshop on Managing Stakeholder Dynamics, led by Kate Gasparro, PH.D., Director of Land Use at Bedrock Detroit on Friday, March 24th, 10am-2:00pm, at the Ross School of Business, Room R2230. In a time where it seems daunting to bring projects from idea to reality due to changing environmental and social contexts, this workshop will delve into foundational community engagement and public participation principles to help project leaders identify, seek, and achieve alignment between stakeholders. Students will learn informal and formal strategies for working with various stakeholders involved in built environment projects.
