Together with the Sanger Leadership Team we will dive through the midpoint reflection data to 1) asses our team performance and 2) review how we as individuals learn and thrive. In this session, we will cover:
- Science of Team Interventions
- Discuss Team Feedback
- Brainstorm Start/Stop/Continue Activity
- Discuss progress towards personal learning goals
- Design and share new personal experiments
Pre-work: Each team will receive a one-page handout with their team average scores. Please review the document prior to attending the session.
Bring your STUDENT ID! Attendance is mandatory and will be tracked with a card reader (see Michael at the entrance of the room to get scanned in). Absences will be recorded and shared with your faculty advisor. If you cannot attend due to illness or a university-sponsored event, please let our office know as soon as possible.
