2021 Future of Real Estate Competition

Real estate and land use professionals are preparing to navigate an uncertain and ever-changing future. With this in mind, the Weiser Center for Real Estate is excited to announce its inaugural Future of Real Estate Competition! Starting today through September 12th, we invite UM students from across campus, working in teams or individually, to showcase their unique perspectives on a vast and complex industry, challenging them to envision what the future holds for the spaces in which we work, live, and play.
Participating students will be asked to create a digital poster and short abstract for a chance to win a cash prize of up to $2,500! Your submission will be reviewed by a panel of industry judges and will be showcased during the annual UM Real Estate Convention on September 24th; featuring a keynote by Jeff Blau, CEO of Related Companies.
