We are looking for extraordinary talent to join our Finance & Accounting teams. As an Owens Corning Intern, you will take on a great deal of responsibility and do impactful work all while engaging in a dynamic learning experience. Interns work side by side with OC employees as team members and are expected to continuously elevate their performance and the results of the team as a whole. You will be encouraged to find innovative ways to achieve results while constantly striving for improvement. Finance & Accounting Interns are the primary source for the company's accelerated Finance & Accounting Leadership Program upon graduation. Numerous internship assignments are available in areas such as Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Audit, Customer Financial Services, and Controllership organizations.

 

The Finance & Accounting Leadership Program is designed to recruit outstanding talent and provide a structured 3-year competency-based leadership development opportunity. This accelerated process facilitates the development of competencies and skills through challenging rotational  assignments in manufacturing, strategic business units, and finance and accounting operational areas. Upon successful completion of the program, participants attain a management level position in roles such as Plant Controller, Advanced Auditor, Senior Finance Analyst or the equivalent.
