Topics to be covered are: Advanced Financial Accounting, Alternative Valuation Methodologies, Valuing Private Companies, Merger Modeling, and Advanced Leveraged Buyouts Topics. Note: You do not have to attend IB Technical Interview Prep Part 1 in order to attend Part 2.
