Learn about full-time on-campus recruiting BEFORE you leave for your summer projects. Know what to expect from full-time recruiting so you can prepare for it over the summer. Students will receive an overview of the on-campus timeline and events and learn about recruiting etiquette, on-line resources and commonly used on-campus recruiting terminology. In addition, we will explore how to have a successful project (what to do when you arrive at the company, how to get along with your team members); How to network within your sponsor company; How to network with sponsors you liked but on whose project you aren't staffed; How to network with companies you might be interested in for full-time on-campus recruiting.
