Navigating Change: Skills and Strategies for Consultants and Managers --- Change is everywhere but change efforts often fail. How can we manage change better to make organizations and societies more value-creating, resilient and sustainable? In this course, we take a systems view, mapping stakeholders and barriers to change, using design thinking and iterative approaches to build change strategies, and developing compelling change communication plans to foster alignment and implementation. We will use a live case focused on organizational responses to humanity's biggest change problem (climate change), as well as simulations, exercises and other cases to end with a change playbook for a real change situation.
