In partnership with the Rackham Graduate School, this webinar is focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, and identity in the job search process. For many job seekers, the job search is fraught with all manner of challenges not least of which is unconscious bias in application and job search processes and opaque understanding of prospective employer culture. Join us for a transparent conversation with Dr. Deborah S. Willis, senior program lead for the DEI certificate program and program manager for professional and academic development at Rackham Graduate School of the University of Michigan, Payal Beri, motivational and leadership coach, and Mary Larkin, DEI Consultant, as we unpack both the challenges and best practices for our alumni and students as they job search in the face of such adversity.
