9:00 AM	Discussion with Deans Allison Davis-Blake and Marie-Lynn Miranda Objectives: discuss vision for Institute and recent changes, with emphasis on organizational development of Institute Prep: Hoffman vision statement
9:45 AM	Break
10:00 AM	Director’s Update Objectives: report back on prior EAB discussions; brief on recent and upcoming events and program developments Prep: Directors’ report
10:30 AM	Tom Catania, Erb Executive in Residence Objectives: discuss philosophy and approach for Institute to engage more practitioners in a broader range of activities and have more real-world impact Prep: announcement of Tom’s hiring Hoffman SSIR paper on Bright Greens and Dark Greens
10:45 AM	Organizational Development and Evolution of Erb Institute Objectives: identify implications for Erb Institute of “mainstreaming” of sustainability in business Prep: material on becoming a Stage 2 organization Mainstreaming of sustainability
11:15 AM	Organizational Development breakout & reports small-group continuation of plenary discussion Focus on implications for various Institute stakeholder groups: students, staff/faculty, alumni, employers
12:15 PM	Lunch outside R1230: members, visitors, faculty, staff and others by invitation
12:30 PM	Student Advisory Board report and dialogue Objectives: discuss student priorities and concerns Prep: SAB report
1:00 PM	Student interaction: counseling, mentoring and advising students about internship and job search and masters projects.
3:00 PM	Adjourn - Travel to join Erb alumni reunion (NCRC Building)
