Angie Morgan learned how to lead during her time as a United States Marine. When she transitioned to the private sector, what surprised Angie was how the term "leadership" was being used. Whereas in the Marines, leadership was a verb - everyone aspired to lead. In her new world, "leadership" was a noun and only an expectation for managers. This inspired Angie to write her first book on leadership, "Leading from the Front", as well as start her business, Lead Star. She has since written another book, SPARK, which became a NY Times Best Seller.
