Jim Solomon (MBA ’92), former Chef/Owner of The Fireplace in Brookline and current Founder of Shack with the Chef, will demonstrate a favorite family recipe of beloved University of Michigan alum and captain of the Wolverine Football team, President Gerald R. Ford.
Join fellow Michigan alumni to enjoy both sweet and savory Ford family classics. Jim will share insights about their dining table and attendees will leave with a recipe.
Attendees will also hear Jim’s journey from writing a business plan as a Michigan student, to turning that group project into a career as a noted chef, environmental activist, corporate philanthropist and leader in his community.
