Submission Guidelines
The GHSCS Program Committee is currently seeking proposals for focused presentations (talks / posters) that are consistent with the broader theme of Health Supply Chains for the Next Era. The committee encourages submissions in all areas of the global health supply chain – for medicines, vaccines, and diagnostics – including procurement models, supply chain (re-)design, innovative business models and partnerships, creating approaches for financing procurement and supply chains, appropriate use of technology including artificial intelligence, data and decision making, and workforce development.
To be considered for presentation (talk or poster) please upload an extended abstract of about 1500 words to the GHSCS-2026 portal by July 25, 2026, 11:59pm EST. Enter the portal using the "Submission Portal" tab on this site. Please read all guidelines below thoroughly.
PLEASE NOTE: Proposed PANEL presentations will not be accepted through this portal. Panels may be proposed by becoming a sponsor at the Gold or Platinum level. Please see sponsor levels and benefit information HERE.
Submission Requirements:
- Cover Page:
- Your proposal must include TITLE OF THE SUBMISSION and complete author information: affiliations, titles, and emails. The individual(s) who would come to present or display at the summit should be clearly indicated. ALL authors must be included at the time of submission
- Content:
- Please structure your submission proposal using the following section headers (within a total of 1500 words, excluding tables / figures):
- Introduction - A brief overview of the talk/poster outline and key material being presented
- Objective(s)
- Context - we encourage a statement of how other practitioners may be addressing/have addressed similar challenges in different geographies
- (For academic papers) Short literature review
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion/Implications
- (Optional) We encourage applicants to submit presentation slides as part of the pdf along with the proposal; a preliminary version of the slides (pdf) is also acceptable when accompanied by a short explanation of expected updates in the final presentation. If you have multiple files, you must combine these together as one single pdf file.
- Before submitting, combine all sections of your proposal (if you have multiple files) into ONE SINGLE PDF.
Additional information:
- Proposals / presentations / posters may be written and delivered in English or French; Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for select tracks at the conference.
- Proposals selected for presentations will be scheduled into 25-minute slots in parallel tracks; presentations should not exceed 17 minutes to allow for questions and answers.
- Selected posters will be featured in person during the Summit.
- Accepted presenters (talk or poster) will be required to register for the Summit as attendees.
- Proposals for presentations in a "panel" format will only be considered as part of a Gold or Platinum Sponsorship package. Please see sponsor levels and benefit information HERE.
