Submission Portal

2025 GHSC SUMMIT THEME: Powering Self-Reliance: Value Chains that Deliver, Sustain, and Thrive. Submissions aligned with the GHSCS-2025 theme are encouraged.

Submissions should be comprised of the following elements (COMBINED INTO ONE PDF DOCUMENT FOR SUBMISSION):

• Detailed specification of the intervention or idea that was implemented. Kinds of ideas implemented can be broad and vary from inventory systems, technology, information systems, transport, forecasting, coordination, etc.
• Specification of metrics used to describe & measure the impact of the project before and after; inclusion of health outcome measures in addition to supply chain measures will be particularly valued.
• Description of tracking, analysis, decisions made along the way as the project unfolded. Please include intermediate reports that were prepared and how the performance metrics tracked. Documentation of details can be in the form of reports, actual data sheets, delivery manifests, etc.
• Description of challenges faced and how they were overcome.
• Outline of a system, if any, of how performance of the project will continue to improve in the future.
• A summary of key achievements of the project. What were the key factors that enabled success?
• Discussion of an honest assessment of longer-term sustainability of the project.
• What can other locations (countries or organizations) learn from your project?
• List the different organizations and funding entities involved, with specifics. Projects with active participation of in-country organization(s) are highly valued and should be included in the submission.
• Project author(s) organizational affiliation, emails and contact phone numbers.
• Length of the main submission: Not to exceed 3000 words + exhibits. Please feel free to attach any documents in the Appendix that will enable us to understand your project.
• Description of location, organization and project along with the duration of the project.
