IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ! This critical information has come to our attention regarding the validity of the Visa on Arrival Approval Letter. A critical aspect to note is that this approval letter typically expires after 14 days from the date of its issuance.  In this respect, it is incumbent upon the traveller to ensure that they utilise this document for travelling to Nigeria within the stipulated time frame. Once in the country, the visa on arrival can be extended under certain circumstances. It is crucial to understand that any lapses in adhering to the 14-day time limit will result in the document becoming void. In such a case, the traveller will be obliged to reapply in order for them to be granted another Visa on Arrival Approval Letter to travel.

If you have any questions regarding visa procurement, please reach out to our local partner, ARC_ESM admin@arcng.org. They are able to provide you with other documents including, 

1. certificate of incorporation from the inviter Organisation in Nigeria

2. A copy of the inviter's passport (biodata page).

>  If you require a personalized INVITATION letter, send us a letter of INTRODUCTION in pdf format from your employer via email (ghsc.summit@gmail.com) stating that you will be attending the conference. Please include these items in your letter:  

• Full name as it appears in your passport

• Place of employment and address

• Passport number and country

• Organization and your title

• Local embassy name and address

Below is a sample form letter for your convenience. Instructions: please complete the information in [ ] and obtain this letter from your supervisor at your organization; Invitation letter must be on institution/organization letterhead.
