Call for Papers

Important Dates:
- Submission deadline: April 6th
- Notification of acceptance: May 1st
- Registration deadline: June 22nd
- Conference: July 21st to July 23rd
Abstract Submission Instructions:
To allow the inclusion of more speakers, each attendee is limited to a maximum of one submission as a presenting author, although they may co-author more than one submission.
The submission should be a one-page PDF, containing:
- Title
- Presenting Author Name
- Presenting Author Institution
- Presenting Author Email
- List of co-authors
- Abstract
The submission should not exceed one page, and the abstract should not exceed 3000 characters.
