To give you a little bit of background about Keystone, our firm consists of about 35 consultants focused on three different service lines: Turnaround (Helping struggling companies get back to profitability), Merger & Acquisition Integration, and Strategy & Operations Improvement. We focus primarily on the middle market (our clients typically range from $100M - $3B in revenue) because we are able to have the largest impact with these types of companies. As a result of our size and generalist nature, we all work on projects in all three of the service lines which results in an unmatched level of responsibility and client interaction early in our careers. Additionally, we have a unique firm culture which is highlighted by our bi-annual company trip (we recently returned from a service / fun trip to San Diego and Rosarito, Mexico) as well as our annual charity softball tournament and informal social events.
