CSD is Cargill's Corporate Strategy and Development group responsible for strategy development at the corporate and business unit levels, mergers & acquisitions, and new business development. In addition to delivering impactful recommendations regarding Cargill's toughest business challenges, CSD helps develop future business leaders. The career path in the CSD program leads from Associate to Project Team Leader, after which you will place into a frontline leadership role in one of Cargill’s businesses.
