The Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate the learning and development of future financial leaders, preparing participants for key roles throughout the organization.
Each participant will have 4 rotation assignments in multiple financial disciplines (such as general accounting, financial planning & analysis, manufacturing & product cost accounting, treasury, audit and tax). Successful candidates will be expected to develop a strong foundation of financial acumen, while contributing to the Company's performance based on assigned job responsibilities.
This presentation is geared towards Senior BBA finance and accounting.
