After completing the program, you will place into a frontline leadership role in one of Cargill’s enterprises or functionsPractice AreasCSD Associates choose to specialize in one of two practice areas: Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development. Corporate strategy professionals focus on strategy development both at the corporate level and through enterprise rotations working directly with Enterprise Strategy Leads. Corporate development professionals focus on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures at every level of the organization. Each associate’s assignments and experiences will be based on business need, interest, and capability.
