The case workshop will provide an overview of how an HR case fits into our HRRP recruiting process, what an HR case looks like, tips on case preparation and execution, and a case walk-through with a Capital One HR business leader.

The HRRP is a 2.5 year program that allows its associate to experience three distinct roles within the field of HR through 9-12 month long rotations. The projects you work on allow you to add value and drive change beginning day one. In the past, some of these projects have been managing and delivering HR policies for international integrations, sourcing and recruiting talent for roles spanning the organization, and working directly with business partners to support their day to day HR needs.
