Capital One is a top 5 bank with a history of challenging the status quo in financial services. As we continue driving toward innovation and growth, we continue to need strategic thinkers and problem solvers. The HRRP is a 2.5 year program that allows its associate to experience three distinct roles within the field of HR through 9-12 month long rotations. The projects you work on allow you to add value and drive change beginning day one. In the past, some of these projects have been managing and delivering HR policies for international integrations, sourcing and recruiting talent for roles spanning the organization, and working directly with business partners to support their day to day HR needs.

Capital One offers a culture of intellectual rigor and excellence in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that provides world-class development, training, and mentoring. If you excel in such an environment, desire meaningful responsibility, and would like to work at a company that emphasizes work-life balance, I encourage you to consider Capital One.
