Advanced Valuation Techniques --- This course deals with four topics, all in the area of corporate valuation. It begins with a review of WACC & APV methods of valuation and introduces the student to the Cash flow to Equity (CFE) model. It then applies these methods to value corporate restructuring such as LBOs and leveraged restructuring. Students are introduced to building sophisticated valuation models, valuations that incorporate the impact of future choices on current value, and valuation of deal structure involving options.
