LHC 515 International Business Law

This course focuses on the legal rules applicable to global business operations, and the significance of those rules for business strategy and tactics. Consideration is given to three major areas: the sources and application of the rules for doing international business; the formation of international commercial agreements; and government regulation of international business. Texts and cases are used as source materials, with class discussion of specific examples of general principles.

This course fulfills the MBA law/ethics requirement.
