Designed for managers, engineers, and shop-floor supervisors, our Lean Leadership workshops will build your capabilities to practice Lean within your organization.  These workshops allow for exceptional learning experiences for participants since they provide two things which are in every manufacturing facility, but are rarely incorporated in Lean training: humans and machines.  By utilizing real machinery throughout the course of the workshops, you will learn advanced topics which cannot be simulated in a classroom environment.  By working with live operators on the floor, you will practice leadership skills necessary to drive change within your organization.

The program is comprised of four modules.  Lean Leadership I & II are typically taken in the same week.   Following a one-month break, most participants will take Lean Leadership III & IV.
