RLI CrossRoads is a new, high-impact leadership workshop that will prepare you to make a high percentage of good calls at times when it counts the most.

This workshop is the first of two RLI Immersions being offered to BBA Juniors this academic year by the Ross Leadership Initiative. It will feature David Mayer, Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations at Ross. Professor Mayer holds a B.A. from University of California, Davis, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from University of Maryland. He conducts research on behavioral ethics, organizational justice, and workplace diversity, with an emphasis on how to leverage organizational context to promote pro-social behavior.
