For Faculty: Research Support
Kresge Library provides a variety of curriculum and other supports to faculty to enhance research and teaching.
To contact us about any of the services below, please use our contact form and select the service you would like from the topic options, unless otherwise noted.
Faculty may request electronic documents to be delivered straight to your desktop, as well as books that are not available at Kresge Library or the University of Michigan University Library through our document retrieval services.
To make a request, contact us with a citation, and ISBN/ISSN if available.
Faculty Research Service
Ross faculty may directly request research assistance from Kresge librarians through our Faculty Research Service (FRS). Services include literature searches; compilation of information on companies, industries, or topics; citation searches; or data retrieval. This service does not include data analysis, survey work, writing, or editing.
This service is free, but fees may be accrued if the research requested requires accessing databases or resources not subscribed to by Kresge Library. Library staff will work with faculty to establish mutually acceptable deadlines. When appropriate, other Ross staff may be consulted on questions related to content, data manipulation, and strategies for analysis.
When submitting a request, please indicate any timeframes or deadlines you wish to meet.
