Wondering if it’s time to make your next career move? Whether you graduated five or 25 years ago, through this interactive workshop and written exercises, you will learn to:
- Assess whether it’s time to make a move
- Recognize and evaluate your own “symptoms” of the need for change
- Identify your motivations for change
- Assess your current organization’s potential for advancement or lateral moves
- Get the change process started
- Overcome what keeps you back from embracing change.

COST
Fee includes appetizer buffet and beverages: $25 for KFBS alumni and non-KFBS guests. Prospective, admitted, current KFBS students may attend for free.
