Michigan Ross Dean Scott DeRue is hitting the road to meet with Ross alumni around the world this fall, and he wants you to be one of them.
In a series of events scheduled from now through December, DeRue will meet with alumni in various settings and provide an opportunity for them to participate in a discussion about the vision for Michigan Ross’ future and ask him any burning questions they have about the school.
One of my favorite parts of this job is engaging with and learning from our alumni. This tour is a chance for us to connect and celebrate the momentum at Michigan Ross and talk about the future of the school we all love.
“I honestly can’t wait to get out there and meet with our alumni,” DeRue said. “This isn’t just a chance for them to reconnect with their school. It’s also a chance for their school to reconnect with them.
“We’re committed to being a lifetime partner in success for all of our alumni – and I want to hear their ideas about what we can do together to not only keep Michigan Ross strong, but to set the standard worldwide for how business schools can support their alumni and enable their success.”
Events are planned for seven cities across the U.S. and one in China, with the first taking place in NYC early this fall. There will also be an opportunity for alums outside of these cities to interact with Dean DeRue and get their questions answered – look for information on an upcoming Facebook Live Q+A in the coming weeks.
