Credit analysts will participate in a training program in preparation for underwriting and monitoring credit transactions originated within our institutional commercial real estate banking practice. This selective program will give excellent grounding in credit principles, exposure to all commercial real estate asset classes, borrowing entities (including development firms, institutional investors, REITs and property management), and transaction types (including construction, bridge, mini-perm), both recourse and non-recourse.
Credit analysts will also gain exposure to senior management at U.S. Bank.
