The FBI’s Special Advisor Program is seeking top MBA candidates to apply strategic insight to a mission-driven organization. Special Advisors have the opportunity to help the FBI navigate perhaps the most transformative time in its history by directly applying their unique skill sets to the FBI’s complex management and operational issues.

Special Advisors work at FBI headquarters in Washington D.C. and report directly to the executive management team. During their first two to three years, Special Advisors are exposed to different organizational perspectives through a combination of rotations and cross-functional projects. Upon completion of the rotational program, Special Advisors will be qualified to assume management roles throughout the FBI.

Special Advisors are embedded in the majority of the FBI’s Divisions ranging from Finance to Counterterrorism. Projects vary by function, but strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to think analytically and strategically, and project management experience are useful for all projects.

Stop by during Networking Hours to ask current Special Advisors questions and learn more about the Special Advisor Program.
