As on-campus recruiting quickly approaches and accelerated recruiting is happening, RCS’s investment banking and S&T peer coaches have organized a new session to discuss this year's unique recruiting landscape, where you need to be in the preparation process, and helpful tips to secure and succeed in interviews.

Additionally, we will be sharing feedback provided directly from company recruiters on aspects they will be looking for in the process.

There have already been significant changes from last recruiting season (new interview formats, updated timelines, etc.) and we want you to support your track to succeed.
