Miscellaneous:

Created a new three-day exec ed program on Negotiations. Negotiation Strategy and Influence Skills targets experienced and novice negotiators, providing executives with both a theoretical framework and practical tools to influence their immediate environment and improve negotiated outcomes. The program is based on scientific research focused on cognitive biases and emotional factors that lead negotiators to deviate from economic models of decision making. Participants will receive immediate feedback based on their performance in negotiation simulations. Participants will leave the program equipped with templates for preparing, negotiating and assessing strategic interdependent decisions in both their personal and professional lives. . The program was launched on November 14, 2005.

Women’s Initiative Workshop titled “Negotiations: A Tool for Leadership,” October 14, 2005, a half-day intensive workshop co-developed with Prof. Anne Lytle from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
