Event Details

This session invites you to engage the critical topic of compassion at work.  Through a combination of lecture, reflection, and discussion, we will consider how compassion matters in work organizations, the conditions that foster compassion, as well as dilemmas of compassion at work.  The session will feature research findings, but will also focus on practical ideas for how to encourage compassion at work.
