Kathryn Ullrich, Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Silicon Valley office, is a member of the Technology Practice and leader of the US Diversity Practice. She focuses on C-suite and VP-level searches for technology companies in software, IT, and services, and has expertise in disruptive technologies including AI, autonomous vehicles, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, EdTech, HealthTech, and SaaS.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Kathryn spent twenty years building her executive search practice at several firms including Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds Associates, and her own boutique search firm. Earlier in her career, Kathryn worked in software product marketing, consulting, and engineering. Kathryn also headed UCLA Anderson School of Management’s Alumni Career Services.
Kathryn holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
