Jeff Smith, MBA ’80:
Jeff joined Arago with over thirty-five years of experience in managing technology and services businesses, directing enterprise and workforce transformations and strategic business development. Most recently, Jeff was responsible for Strategic Advisory Services and Industry Solutions at the global technology services company, DXC Technology. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Application Services, Industry Solutions and Program Excellence at Hewlett-Packard, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, CEO of KION Information Management GmbH and Director at the global investment firm KKR, in the KKR Capstone operational performance group. He began his career at the firm that became Accenture, with 18 years as a Partner and the final five years as Global Managing Director, overseeing the $4 Billion Retail and Consumer businesses. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the Ross School of Business.
