Our faculty has an international reputation for path-breaking research in areas such as corporate financial reporting and disclosure practices, accounting-based valuation, compensation, and management performance and control systems. We leverage this research strength to offer leading-edge classes in the core areas of financial and managerial accounting, as well as some of the most popular elective classes in the Ross School of Business.

Junior Faculty

The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan has a tenure-track position available in Accounting starting in the 2019 academic year. Candidates with research and teaching interests in all areas of accounting will be considered.  

Required Qualifications

A qualified candidate must have a Ph.D. or be in the final stages of their dissertation. A qualified candidate must also demonstrate the ability and interest to conduct high-quality, scholarly research as well as a high level of teaching competence.
