Based on Energize your Workplace (Dutton, 2006) and Trust is Everything (Mishra and Mishra, 2008), the At-a-Glance Summaries are part of a suite of materials for Understanding High Quality Connections at Work. They were built by Mary Ceccanese and Karen Dickinson for use in running workshops on Building High Quality Connections in conjunction with Voices of the Staff at the University of Michigan.
