Accommodations

The conference will be held at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business on the University of Michigan campus. Attendee hotel rooms have been blocked at several hotels in Ann Arbor (see list below). Due to limited space in available off campus hotels, doctoral students are encouraged to register for on campus housing. Doctoral student housing will be available on campus in the newly renovated Mosher-Jordon Hall.

Reservations
A centralized secure online housing service, VIKTOR, has been set up for attendee convenience. Using the housing service means that you do not have to contact multiple hotels to reserve a room as room blocks fill and possibly sell out. To reserve at the INFORMS discounted rates, you must use the secure online housing service, VIKTOR.

RESERVATION PROCESS

        Access VIKTOR, the secure online housing service.

        Enter your reservation request including
          hotel preference and credit card information

        An email confirmation will be received from VIKTOR
          when reservation is received.

        A formal confirmation, with confirmation number, will
          be sent directly from the hotel within 48 hours.
          Please retain confirmation number.

        After receipt of a formal confirmation, all hotel
          changes or cancellations must be made directly
          with the reserved hotel. Confirmation number will be needed.

Hotels
To reserve at the INFORMS discounted rates, you must use the secure online housing service, VIKTOR . Following the initial hotel reservation, all changes and cancellations should be placed directly with the hotel.

In order to best accommodate all attendees, we have blocked rooms in seven different Ann Arbor hotels approximately 3 miles from the Ross School.

No shuttle transportation will be provided to guests of The Dahlmann Campus Inn. It is within walking distance of the Ross School of Business (approximately a 10-minute walk).

A shuttle service will operate between all other hotels, all located in the same area approximately 3 miles from the Ross School.
