Kresge Library offers numerous services to Ross alumni, including access to a suite of subscription databases. The databases listed below can be accessed using your UM uniqname and password. For assistance with your uniqname and password, visit the Alumni Community iMpact page. In addition to remote access to databases, Ross alumni are eligible to purchase an External Borrowers Card which allows you to check out library materials.

This database provides nearly 1,100 full text business magazines and journals, of which more than 350 are peer-reviewed. This database includes publications in nearly every area of business including marketing, management, MIS, POM, accounting, finance, econometrics, economics and more.

Due to restrictions from Harvard Business School Publishing, full-text articles of the Harvard Business Review are not available through this database.

OneSource Global Business Browser

Information on nearly one million companies, including large and mid-sized companies in the United States and Canada, and hundreds of thousands of companies world-wide.

Kresge Library is providing access to OneSource Global Business Browser (US and AsiaPac) to Ross alumni on a trial basis through the end of 2011. It is similar to Orbis in that it provides information about companies such as their financials, but also provides access to industry reports from vendors like Freedonia and Datamonitor. We're still fixing issues with allowing alumni to access this resource. We'd appreciate it if you could drop us a note letting us know if you are able to get in to the resource or not.
