Need guidance on figuring out how to reach to the next steps in your career and life? Join us to learn the tips Jeff Gulbransen (MBA 2004) has been using to advance his career in Chevron and the energy industry! Jeff currently serves in a senior FP&A role in Chevron's headquarters in the Bay Area and has held other leadership roles with the company. He has also held finance & strategy roles at two other companies. Jeff has learned the importance of mentorship and its role in moving careers forward.  Identifying mentors and maintaining good relationships is a key to get to where you want to go! Jeff will share his experience and recommendations that include:

• Engaging high-level mentors at work

• Do's and don'ts of mentoring

• The value of having mentors outside of work
