Lloyd Tanlu is an Assistant Professor at the Foster School of Business at the Unversity of Washington in Seattle, and a Visiting Assistant Prfoessor of Accounting at the Ross School of Business for the academic year 2013-14. Lloyd's research focuses on management control systems, budgeting and forecasting, corporate governance, and conflicts of interest in accounting. He has taught courses in managerial accounting and control at the undergraduate, MBA, and executive MBA levels.
Lloyd received his DBA in Accounting and Management from Harvard Business School and his MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. He has worked for Procter & Gamble as an accounting manager, and at Brandeis University as the Assistant Director - Budget and Planning.
