 Mission The Center for Society & Economy is an interdisciplinary research center of the University of Michigan Business School. Its purpose is to support research, education, and policy that combine sociology and economics. The Center for Society & Economy facilitates the exchange of ideas, information, and resources among scholars with this interdisciplinary focus, stimulates research on matters of both theoretical and policy interest, assists the education of undergraduate and graduate students, and disseminates key research findings to the business and public policy communities.
