JOSEPH HANDLEMAN LECTURE SERIES - Mark Fields, COO of Ford Motor Company, presents The Ford Story: Serving Customers and Delivering Profitable Growth.
Mark Fields is COO of Ford Motor Company, where he is responsible for all business operations. Previously, Fields was executive vice president of Ford and president of The Americas. He led development, manufacturing, marketing, and sales of Ford and Lincoln vehicles in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America. Fields oversaw the transformation of the company’s North American operations and its record profitability. He joined Ford in July 1989, and from 2000-2002 was president and CEO of Mazda Motor Company, leading that company through a period of transformation. Fields holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and an economics degree from Rutgers University.
