 |
Mary Hinesly joined Michigan’s Ross School of Business to lead the school’s Women's Initiative. In her role she directs and develops programming, advises BBA and MBA Michigan Business Women,
coaches students and alumni, works with the Women's Council and our corporate partners.
Prior to joining Michigan, Mary was Director of Research for Thompson Associates and is still
the Director of Educational Content and Research for the National Retail Federation. She has been a Chief Operating Officer of Travel 2000 TravelGear and has co-owned a retail company. Mary has a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA in Strategic Management.

Al graduated from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Accounting in 1982. He passed the CPA exam in May of 1982 and audited for Price Waterhouse in Chicago until he moved into Human Resources in 1989. Focusing on HR Generalist duties, he moved to the Detroit area and joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1994 where he was the Regional Recruitment Director until joining the Ross School of Business in 1996.
Al is interested in assisting students in all aspects of the career search process, from self-assessment to compensation negotiation and lives in Northville with his wife Sally and 2 children, Jamie and Jack. |
