Hinesly Director, Women's Initiative Office of Student Affairs   RM: E2406 PH: 734-936-3183 EM: mhinesly@umich.edu Mary Hinesly joined Michigan’s Ross School of Business to lead the school’s Women's Initiative.  In her role she directs and develops programming, advises BBA and MBA Michigan Business Women, coaches students and alumni, works with the Women's Council and our corporate partners. Prior to joining Michigan, Mary was Director of Research for Thompson Associates and the Director of Educational Content and Research for the National Retail Federation.  She has been a Chief Operating Officer of Travel 2000 TravelGear and has co-owned a retail company.  Mary has a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA in Strategic Management. Linda S. Schaefer Program Manager, Women's Initiative Office of Student Affairs   RM: E2420 PH: 734-763-2594 EM: lindasch@umich.edu Linda joined the Women's Initiative Program as Program Manager in the summer of 2008. She has been with the Ross School of Business Admissions and Career Development Office for 10 years, and prior to that, seven years with the Ross Development Office. Linda worked with the Women's Initiative Program in its early stages, and we're happy to have her experience and skills in our program today.
