Transportation
If you are flying, please book your tickets to Detroit International Airport
(DTW). Detroit is a Delta Airlines hub, but is also served by most other
major airlines. The airport is a 30 minute drive from the University of Michigan
campus. Taxis from the airport to Ann Arbor typically cost around $50-60.
AirRide is available for
$22 round trip. There are many
options for getting
around U-M and Ann Arbor once you arrive.
Parking
Visitor
parking is available via metered parking on the street or the City of Ann
Arbor's Forest Avenue parking structure, located three blocks east and one block
north of the Ross School. From the parking ramp to Ross -- Walk west on
Willard until you reach E. University. Take a left on E. University and
proceed 200 yards to the building. You may enter through the E. University
entrance or take the sidewalk through to the Tappan St. entrance. No permit is required.
Metered parking is available on the east (East University St.) and west sides
(Tappan St.) of the building. Street parking may be available in the
student neighborhood south of the building.
Taxi
or shuttle service is recommended as parking is limited.
